2002, creation of the "SEST", managed by Michelle Sainte-Laudy. An exploitation concession was signed in 2007 between the Municipality of Treignac and SEST.

A sensory study has described the water according to four criteria

  • Color = clear water, transparent, glossy 
  • Odor = odorless 
  • Taste = Acid 
  • Flavor = fresh, astringent, lingering
